Midi Pyrénées Propriétés offers you the ‘complete property service’: offering guidance in the first steps of your search; accompanying you as you view and consider suitable properties; providing help with the whole buying process and dealing with the notaire and conveyancing process; helping to arrange all practical matters such as gas, water, and electricity; and offering any assistance necessary up to and including settling into your dream home.

We speak French, Dutch, English, and Spanish, and we are fully conversant with the legislation, regulations, and customs that are important in buying and selling property in France.

Agency fees
Prix de vente inférieur à 50.000 €: Montant minimum de 5 000 €
Prix de vente entre 50 000 € et 100 000 €: 12 % maximum
Prix de vente entre 100 000 € et 200 000 €: 11 % maximum
Prix de vente supérieur à 200 000 €: 7.5 % maximum

Les commissions pourront être librement négociées (pour être inférieures à ce barème) entre les parties dans le cadre d’une affaire traitée par notre agence.
Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous pourrons être amenés à déléguer certains de nos mandats.
Toutes nos commissions s’entendent au taux en vigueur 20% incluse.

Transaction / Carte
Non-détention de fonds
L’agence titulaire d’une carte professionnelle portant la mention « non-détention de fonds » pour son activité de transaction sur immeubles et fonds de commerce, ne peut recevoir ni détenir aucun fonds, effet ou valeur.

The search
Following personal contact with you, by e-mail or telephone, we will select and send details to you of the very best properties in our portfolio corresponding to your requirements and wishes. In prepparation for your visit and in line with your final choices, we will arrange the itinerary and appointments. Of course, we won't send you off on your own. We will accompany you to all viewings and make sure that your questions are answered.

The settling-in service
We will be happy to advise you on everything that comes with buying and moving into a new home. We can assist you with arranging connection of utilities and telephone/internet lines and any necessary administration to transfer these connections to your name. We can also help with financial and residential matters such as mortgages, opening a bank account, taking out insurance, finding a school and a doctor, and dealing with the tax authorities.

If you have a property that you would like to sell, Midi Pyrénées Propriétés can help you with that too. We will make an appointment to discuss the possibilities with you in person.

The buying service
Once you have found your dream home / property to purchase, we will guide you through the whole French house-buying process, from your initial offer, through negotiations of the purchase price, to completion. We will also accompany you to the notaires office. This service offers you the reassurance that you will get the right answers to any questions you may have. Providing guidance or second opinions when buying through other estate agents also form part of the range of services we offer.

Other services
We will be happy to offer assistance with your tax affairs and/or legal related matters in France.
If you are planning to be absent for a longer period of time, you can also call upon Midi Pyrénées Propriétés for assistance. Whether you need someone to keep an eye on your property, cut the grass, empty the letter box, or air the house, we can bring you into contact with the person you need!

If you would like to let your property, we can advise you on holiday rentals.

If you are planning to carry out renovation or alteration work after buying, we can offer advice. Having many years of experience with reliable and expert local craftsmen, we can put you in touch with the right people.
